According to TMZ, the DUI charges that were brought against rapper, Nas, have been dropped due to a negative drug test.

Nas was placed under arrest for DUI after admitting to police that he smoked weed before they pulled him over in September.  This took place near his home in Georgia.  Nasir Jones stated that he just got done coming home from a friend’s house where they were smoking at and then he was put under a few sobriety tests…which he failed.

The charges were dropped because there wasn’t enough evidence and Nas passed the drug test, even after admitting that he was smoking.  If the test had come positive, the charges could have affected custody in the divorce.

Instead Nas is all good.  Big ups.
