New Orleans rapper Curren$y the Hot Spitta drops his first mixtape of 2010. This has been a very inticipated ablum since is was announced that he was workinig with Don Cannon to bring the listeners "Smokee Robinson". This mixtape was released last night (2/7) after the Saints won the Super Bowl! This is a must listen to mixtape; I repeat MUST LISTEN!

Spitta has been through a lot during his career. The artisit first hooked up with Master P and the No Limit crew. When this didn't work out he went to a up and coming label with rapper Lil Wayne and the Young Money family. That also didn't work out so he's been on his grind dropping countless mixtapes from "Independece Day" to "How Fly" with rapper Wiz Khalifa. This mixtape goes to hard but you be the judge.

The Mixtape has features from Wiz, Don Cannon, Nipsy Hussle and more. The best tracks include "Lemonade Kush" "Mazaltov" "Jordan 3's"

Lil Wayne's give us his first album since in 3 time platinum "Carter 3"; "Rebirth". This album was pushed back at least five times, but it was well worth the wait. This is a great album; I personally am feeling the album because it's different from all previous work of course because this is an rock album. The album has a lot of features from YM member Shanell and she goes too. The album has such hits as "Prom Queen" ,"On Fire" and "Drop The World" but there are so many hits. I don't believe its entitled "Rebirth" because he's going rock; to me it seems that he's changing his style to bring great music. Throughout this album he keeps his lyrical content but he really speaks in personal thing. I guess you could say he let's his soul bleed.

All in all this is a great album, and Waynes last before his one year jail sentence.
